Absolutely magical — exceeded every expectation
We've stayed at dozens of luxury rentals, and Serenity Ridge is in a class of its own. The attention to detail is remarkable — from the welcome basket with local treats to the perfectly calibrated smart home. Waking up to those valley views from the primary suite was worth the trip alone. The hot tub under the stars was our nightly ritual. We're already planning our return visit.

Perfect work-from-mountain setup
I needed to extend a work trip but didn't want to be stuck in a hotel. The dedicated workspace with the standing desk and ultrawide monitor was better than my office at home. Gigabit Wi-Fi never missed a beat on video calls. After work, the trails right from the property were incredible. This is how remote work should feel.

Kids are already asking when we're coming back
Traveling with three kids (ages 4, 7, and 11) can be stressful, but Serenity Ridge made it effortless. The childproofing kit was already installed, the kids' room was perfect, and the welcome tablet's game and movie recommendations saved us on a rainy afternoon. The fire pit s'mores were the highlight of the trip. Caroline even arranged a family-friendly trail guide that was spot-on.

The smart home features blew my mind
As a tech person, I was skeptical about 'smart home' claims at vacation rentals. Serenity Ridge is the real deal. The Sonos system is properly set up, the lighting scenes actually work, and the smart blinds opening with the sunrise was a beautiful touch. The espresso machine alone is worth the trip. Only minor note: the loft bedroom is semi-private, so it's better for couples or close friends.

Our anniversary trip was unforgettable
We booked the Romantic Escape package for our 25th anniversary, and it was perfection. The champagne was chilling, rose petals on the bed, and the private chef prepared an incredible meal. The soaking tub with the mountain view at sunset is something we'll never forget. Caroline checked in just the right amount — available but never intrusive.

The kitchen is a chef's dream
I love to cook, and this kitchen had everything I needed and more. The Viking range is incredible, the knife set is actually sharp, and having a full spice rack meant I didn't need to buy basics. We cooked every breakfast and most dinners, and the farmers' market in town had amazing local produce. The wine cooler kept our bottles at perfect temperature.

Stunning property with one small note
The property is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The outdoor spaces are exceptional — we spent most of our time on the deck and at the fire pit. My only small note is that the upper-level bathroom is shared between two bedrooms, which was fine for our group but might be a consideration for some. Otherwise, absolutely top-notch in every way.

Spring in the mountains is magical
We visited in early spring and were treated to wildflowers on the trails and perfect hiking weather. The property itself is impeccable — everything worked, everything was clean, and the views were even better than the photos. The self check-in was seamless, and the digital house manual answered every question before we had to ask.

Better than any hotel — our new tradition
This was our first vacation rental experience that truly felt like a luxury hotel but with the comfort and privacy of home. The heated bathroom floors in winter were heavenly, the hot tub was perfectly maintained, and our dog had the time of his life in the backyard. We've already booked again for next winter.

A winter wonderland retreat
Visiting in January was the best decision. Snow on the pines, the hot tub steaming under the stars, and the fireplace crackling — it was like a movie. The EV charger was a lifesaver for our road trip. Caroline left hot cocoa and marshmallows as a welcome surprise. This place understands hospitality.
