Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Cancel 5+ days before check-in
100% of nightly rate (fees refunded)
Partial Refund
Cancel 1–4 days before check-in
50% of nightly rate for unused nights
No Refund
Cancel within 24 hours of check-in

Guests may cancel their booking up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund of the nightly rate and all fees. Cancellations made 1–4 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund for unused nights. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing through the booking platform or via email. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
